Code and Environmental Enforcement Division is a division of the Community Development Department and is responsible for the investigation, enforcement, and abatement of all environmental and nuisance ordinance violations. The division is also responsible for educating the community on how to keep their properties in compliance with all Town ordinances and responds to all citizen complaints related to Town ordinance violations.
