Boat Ramp & Swim Beach Fees
To better serve the public beginning Memorial Weekend the swim beach and boat ramp area will be staffed on Friday’s through Sunday’s until Labor Day, to improve service and help maintain the area for the patrons.

Parking Fees

• There will be no charge for handicapped parking. 
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the cost is $3.00 to park near the swim beach in the designated swim beach parking areas.
• There is no fee for swim beach parking Monday through Thursday. 
• The $3.00 parking fee will be charged starting Memorial Weekend and run through Labor Day.
• There will not be a charge to park in the designated swim beach parking areas for the remainder of the year. 

Boat Ramp

• To use the Little Elm Park Boat Ramp the town will be offering a yearly pass to residents for $25.00. 
• There is also a non-resident rate for a yearly pass to use the boat ramp and the cost is $75.00. 

• If you only plan to use the boat ramp a few times a year there will be a daily rate for residents of $5.00 and a daily rate for non-residents of $10.00.

Attendants
During the peak summer season starting Memorial Weekend and extending to Labor Day the town will have attendants at the boat ramp and swim beach to help better serve those users of the facilities. The attendants will be on-site during the most crowded times of the week which is Friday through Sunday.

During the remainder of the year there is no charge to park in the allotted swim beach parking area. The fees to use the boat ramp will remain in effect year round and when an attendant is not present to collect the user fees there will be a drop box to pay the daily rate.

Yearly Passes
You can purchase a yearly pass at the Little Elm Park Boat Ramp beginning Memorial Weekend during the peak times the attendants are present which is Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Yearly passes can also be purchased at the follwing locations, any time of the year.  Yearly passes are good January through December of each year.

Proof of Residency

• Proof of residency with a current water bill along with a valid Texas Drivers License is required to purchase a resident pass.
• Vehicle information (year, make, model, color, license plate) will need to be provided for each season pass purchased. 

The pass for both residents and non-residents is a sticker that will be placed on the lower left hand side of the windshield, just above the inspection and registration, on the motor vehicle used at the boat ramp. Little Elm Park Beach
Located along the western shoreline of Little Elm Park, the public swim beach provides swimmers a safe enclosed sand beach area that does not allow boat traffic. The beach is open during normal peak hours from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The beach is an open sand play area and the Town of Little Elm requests users to follow the posted rules. There is no lifeguard on duty, please do not leave children unattended. No pets or glass containers are allowed on the beach.

Lighthouse Grill
The swim beach is offering concessions at the Lighthouse Grill. The Lighthouse Grill is closed during the fall and winter months. The Lighthouse Grill will be open during all holidays and special events sponsored by the Town of Little Elm. To schedule catering needs for your special event contact (972) 987-4900.

Restrictions

• The public consumption of alcohol is prohibited.
• Littering imposes a $500 fine.
• No glass containers are allowed in the park.
