In November 2008, The Town's Rate Consultant Economists.com completed a Comprehensive Multi-Year Financial Plan for the Town's Water and Wastewater Utility.  The financial plan included a multi-year rate design to sustaing the Town's Water and Wastewater Utility Operation's.  In addition, the rate design provides for infrastructure improvements for Water and Wastewater.

The Rate Study (Financal Plan) is intended to be updated annually during the Town's budgeting process. The 2008 Comprehensive Multi-Year Fiancial Plan for the Town's Water and Wastewater Utility was received by Town Council in December 2008 and the update was completed in August 2009.  An executive summary and highlights of the report can be viewed at  Water and Waste Water
