Color Therapy
Forget your grandkids coloring books.  Color Therapy is a new coloring concept created especially for grown ups.  This quick-spread phenomenon is changing the perception that coloring books are only for children.  The same way kids are positively impacted by coloring, adults can enjoy the same benefit as well.  It helps reduce stress levels, elevates focus and promotes a soothing, relaxing frame of mind and sense of well being.  So, join us for some Color Therapy on Thursday mornings and take home some beautiful creations.
